Baby in the dishwasher?

Yep.

James had said he did this.  I was yet to witness it... until the other night.  I unloaded the bottom, started on the top and he crawled right onto the door!

Look at his grin!  He knoooooooows he is trouble!

I am sooooo happy my camera was near by! lol  Cause I have to admit... it is pretty funny!  Shhh... don't tell him that though! ;-)

Things have bee quiet around here lately.  Miss munchkin had been home with the flu.  Poor girl.  Saturday night until yesterday... not fun at all.  She insisted on going to school today though, I probably should have made her stay home again.  She could not miss pajama day though.  Absolutely could not.  She has already missed 'hill day' (grade 1 day on the hill with crazy carpets), skating day, and early gym day.  And yes, she begged to go each and every one of those days.  Only to say 2 hours later... "good thing I didn't go to school today."  So I am a little worried today.  I hope she does ok.  At least she is comfy in her jammies! ;-)  I have to go to town, so I might stop in to see how she is doing.  Is that allowed?  Will she hate me? lol  You know how kids are.

I am sorry if I owe anyone an email.  Once again I have let them pile up.  I let Laine have the computer for a lot of yesterday.  She was soooooo bored!    So today.  I hope anyway... catch up on stuff day.

Better run for now.  For a catch up day... I have yet to really do anything!  Ugh. lol

Baby in the toy basket...

Look at what he got himself into...

He went in straight.  Played a while.  Thought he was funny (which he was).  Figured he should turn around to get out (pictured below).  Then got mad.  Yet to learn backing up. he heeee  Poor boy.

But man did he think he was funny... he had the one raised eye brow happening.  Funny funny funny boy.

Almost forgot!

...Laine and I were having a conversation on the way to skating last night.  We were doing the whole 'I love you all the way to the moon and back' thing.

Then she says, "I love you all the way to the stars and back, and to the stars and back again... that is 100 miles you know!" hee heeeeeeeeeee  My heart melted right there on the way to skating. :-)

brrrrrrrr, it's cold outside!

Yesterday was -32 with the windchill.  Brrrrrrrr!  Too cold for me.  Yesterday was a skating day too.  I would have kept us home and skipped it, but we did that last week because of the cold... and it isn't getting any warmer... so we had to face it!  I bundled Harley in his big coat for te first time ever.  We usually just put him in a hoodie and vest... with a blaket to keep his legs warm.  He gets so warm in his seat, so when we are just spending time in the car... or doing lots of indoor stuff with the stroller, it works.  But it was just tooooooo cold yesterday.  He doesn't like getting put in his coat.  It is a little big for him, and bulky... he did ok with it yesterday though.

I HAD to take a picture of him before we headed out the door yesterday.  He was just too CUTE!  he heeee

ohhhhhhh, I could just squeeze him!  He has quite the personality this little man!  He is a funny boy, you can already tell he is going to have a great sense of humour!  ...a little bit of a show off too!  It is all adding up to trouble I tell ya! lol  But dang, isn't he cute in that coat and hat!?

It is looking a lot like Christmas around here now.  The lights are up outside...  James did sooooo good, he planned it SO well!  Looks awesome!  ...I have to go out one night and takes some pictures of the house all lit up... maybe when it gets a bit warmer!

I looooove our tree this year.  I love our tree every year... but I really love it this year!  I am thinking I am just really into the spirit of Christmas this year.  I love it!  Here is a picture of Laine hanging a decoration.  She is standing on the arm of the big chair beside the tree... reaching!

I added a copyright logo to my pictures.  The big 'ol internet and all... you know how it is.  I hear too many stories of pictures ending up places... I just want them to stay put on my blog so I am just doing what I can.

I always thought when I put something on my photos I would be an actual photographer... you know, the 'grown up' version! he heeeee  Yep, I want to be a photographer when I 'grow up'   ...I have wanted to for a loooong time.  I blame it on my mom! he heeee  Ever since she took Photography in University and took me to the lab with her when I was a kid... ever since she set up her shows at school... yep, all her fault.  Thanks mom! ;-)

Anyway, not there yet.  Someday.  For now I am looking forward to playing and finding my 'fit' ...finding my own style.  I am feeling the need right now to learn, to play... and play some more.  I don't know why I am sharing all this... didn't intend to! ha!  Love it when that happens... lol!  Maybe I am putting it out there for myself?  Did that make sense?

So no, the logo does not mean I have a started a business (although I have long time dreams to do so) ...just means I am protecting myself... and my munchkins.  And yes, I took the very long winded and somewhat emotional (for me anyways) version of explaining that!  Jeesh! he heeeee

OK, what else!?  Did I mention it is cold?  Is it bad that I have took advantage of the cold weather... since it is too cold to take the little man out and about?  Is it bad that I have already finished season 7 of the Gilmore Girls?  It isn't is it?  So if that isn't bad, is it bad that I am seriously considering starting over at season 1?  Like right now?  That isn't bad is it?  Good way to get through this cold snap?  Yeah, that is what I thought.  he heeeee  Or maybe Sex and the City.  Yeah, that would be a good one to watch start to finish too.  hmmmmm, I wonder how long it is going to be cold out?

What I really need is to get motivated and get some scrappin' done!  I could use a few days in here too, that would be good.  Make a big 'ol mess!  Oh yeah, it could get messy! lol

Both, I could do both.  Most definitely!

Later!  Hope it is warmer for y'all!  ...y'all?  I don't say that, ever!  Why oh why did I feel the need to type it?  Have a great day y'all!  he heeeeeee ;-)
