I have been reading a lot lately. Usually my reading spurts come in the summer.. when there isn't as much new TV on.. because yes, I am a self proclaimed TV addict as well lol... I don't know if it was the Olympics that did it, less new programming during those few weeks.. or if it was the addiction of these books. Or maybe a combination of both?
I just finished Shadow Kiss last night. The third in the series. James got me the first three for Christmas.. which means, I am all out. I have no more. He bought me three, because he wasn't sure I would like them, and the fourth was still in hardcover.
Well, I love them. LOVE them. This is the one I need. And I do mean neeeeeeeeeeeeed..
It comes out in paperback in a month. April 6th. Yes.. I looked. I can't wait that long, I just can't! lol My logic here is this.. I could wait (a month, yes.. technically speaking, I could manage).. BUT, the next one after this one, comes out in hardcover on May 18th.. now there is NO way I can wait a year or whatever it would take for that one to come out in paperback, so I will end up with at least one in hardcover... why not make it two. Right? Did you follow that logic? Makes perfect sense to me.
Yes, I have been reading.. and my PVR is piling up because of it! lol I can't live in both worlds at the same time. It is all or nothing, and for me right now.. I would rather be reading. Lets put it this way.. I still have Grey's and Private Practice on PVR from last week, I usually watch them live.. commercials and all! lol Yikes! ..you know you are obsessed when.. ha ha!
I think a trip to the bookstore is in order soon! lol Yes I definitely do think so! Young Adult section here I come! heee! Have a great weekend everyone!
I haven't read the Vampire Academy but I love Vampire themed books. You should check out the House of Night series by PC and Kristin Cast and the Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs.
You should see if you can get them from the library. I can have books sent to my library from any other library in the state. No way I could buy all the books I read.

I just finished Vampire Academy and need to request the next one from the library. My best friend suggested them and I think they're really good.
